Clean room, comfortable bed, with a friendly staff that provided excellent service throughout my stay, including a delicious breakfast option and easy access to wi-fi making my trip enjoyable.

my stay at holiday inn express was great. the king mobility accessible tub room was clean and comfortable. i particularly liked that the staff was super friendly and they even provided extra pillows. also, it’s close to shopping places, which was super convenient.

I loved how cozy and clean my room felt-it was like a warm hug waiting for me at the end of the day! The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Plus, the nearby restaurants gave us so many delicious options to choose from!

The Holiday Inn Express Frazer, Malvern By Ihg has a welcoming ambiance with comfortable seating areas. The staff was particularly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby shops and eateries.

What shines and what doesn’t

The comfortable king-sized bed and excellent water pressure in the shower made my stay enjoyable. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and the room layout was appealing.

Unfortunately, the plumbing issues and inadequacies in breakfast replenishment were disappointing. Additionally, there was a lack of communication about my reservation.

Comfortable beds, but noisy nights

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet air conditioner. Plus, the pleasant staff always greeted us with smiles.

Unfortunately, we faced noise disturbances from a large group nearby, making it difficult to sleep. A leaking ceiling in our room added to the discomfort.

We really appreciated the spacious room and having a comfortable spot for our family and our pets. The location was fantastic, nestled near some great restaurants, which was super handy when we didn't feel like cooking. The staff were welcoming and attentive.

In my kids’ opinion, it would be great if breakfast options included more fruit and hot items available earlier.

We had a nice stay in a room with two comfy beds and absolutely loved the quiet air-conditioner and that we had a Keurig for coffee. The leisure options, like the relaxing pool and cheerful breakfast area, made our days start off right. Just a minor hiccup with a group of noisy kids outside our door, but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 😊
